My latest participation at the Food Industry Innovation 2021 – Food, Nutrition & Health event, hosted by the Knowledge Transfer Network (ktn).

This is for you if you're involved in innovation in the food and drink community, including start-ups, SMEs, academics, researchers and established businesses of all sizes. We explore the role that diet has on health and nutrition, including discussions around emerging science.

Keynote speakers Judy Buttriss from the British Nutrition Foundation and Prof Tim Foster from Campden BRI discussed trends in food science.

Five researchers also share their research on innovative food science, followed by two case studies on how science is put into practice on Alginates and obesity and Vitamin D.

The webinar finishes with an interactive session capturing the future sector needs for a vibrant emerging science community.
